Maverick Sabre hat zu seiner neuen Single Glory einen wundervollen sieben Minuten langen Kurzfilm veröffentlicht.
Maverick sagt selbst zu dem Video:
The video for Glory represents the inner battles in all our minds, told through the stories of young Irish men with a world inside of them that they need to express, as we all do.
Gedreht wurde in der beeindruckenden Landschaft der irischen Wicklow Mountains mit dem Regisseur Hector Dockrill und jungen Männer, die bereits in den Videos zuvor auftraten.
Hector Dockrill:
The idea was to focus on ‘masculinity’ and what ‘masculinity’ means in an environment not only filled with hostility, drugs and violence but also love and community. Consider ‘Glory ’ a portrait of the pressure on mental health in the young men of Ballymun.
